Vegastar and USTH discuss strategic partnership in space technology
Hanoi, Vietnam – October 28, 2024 – A significant strategic meeting was held at Vegastar’s headquarters, facilitating an exchange between Vegastar and the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH).

This meeting marks a significant step in fostering collaboration between USTH and Vegastar, paving the way for advancements in science and technology in Vietnam.
The meeting was attended by representatives from both sides. Vegastar was represented by Ms. Le Thanh Huong, Chairwoman of Vegastar Group; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Director of Vega Space and Geospatial Academy (VSGA); and Ms. Pham Hong Hanh, Director of Partnership Development. USTH was represented by Prof. Jean-Marc Lavest, Principal Rector of USTH; Dr. Tran Giang Son, Co-Head of the Department of Information and Communication Technology; and Ms. Do Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department.

The session commenced with an overview of the strategic goals and objectives of both parties. USTH, a public university in Vietnam, is dedicated to producing high-quality human resources in science and technology and aims to be a leading research-oriented university in the country.

Concluding the meeting, USTH and Vegastar representatives strongly agreed with the initial cooperation proposals.
