NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE ADDRESS UPDATE

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Pursuant to Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on the reorganization of administrative units (effective from July 1, 2025), VegaStar Technology Company hereby announces the update of its head office and representative office addresses as follows:

From July 1, 2025
New administrative addresses:
🏢 Head Office: No. 37 Thi Sach Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi City
🏢 HCM City Representative Office: No. 134/1 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Nhieu Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

📌 Note: The address update does not affect ongoing cooperation, services provided to customers, or the legal validity of contracts and invoices signed before July 1, 2025. These documents remain fully compliant with legal regulations.

As of July 1, 2025, please use the new administrative addresses of VegaStar Technology Company for all transactions, correspondence, contracts, documents, contacts, deliveries, etc.
