In the vibrant atmosphere of the Vietnam Defence Expo 2024, the largest defense event ever held in Vietnam, featuring over 170 enterprises from 31 countries and territories, VEGASTAR Technology’s Booth A156 emerged as a key destination, attracting significant attention from high-ranking delegations both domestically and internationally. This event reaffirms the ability of Vietnamese enterprises to master advanced defense technologies, paving the way for the growth of the country’s defense industry.

25 Years of Excellence in Defense Technology
Through nearly 25 years of operations, VEGASTAR Technology has established a solid foundation in the defense technology sector. The company has successfully deployed over 1,000 technical systems, including 60 integrated command and control systems (C2, C4I), operating effectively domestically and internationally, meeting global standards.
By prioritizing investment in research and development, VEGASTAR currently holds 15 intellectual property certifications, patents, and utility solutions in software production, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), design, and system integration. Unveiling Vega Digital Army at the Expo
At the Vietnam Defence Expo 2024, VEGASTAR introduced the comprehensive Vega Digital Army solution, aligning with the global trend of rapid modernization in military operations from strategic to tactical levels. The integrated technology system developed by VEGASTAR exemplifies Make-in-Vietnam capabilities in high-tech defense, adaptable to various terrains and military scales worldwide.

The core of this solution lies in its advanced mobile battlefield command systems, including VegaTAC2 (Vega Tactical Command & Control), VegaJointC2 (Vega Joint Command & Control), and VegaJointC4ISR (Vega Joint Strategic Command & Control). These systems form a highly flexible and deployable central command structure, designed to operate in diverse combat environments, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making in modern warfare.
A critical component is the VegaTERRAM digital military terrain platform, supporting reconnaissance, surveillance, and combat command missions, with multi-source terrain data integration and processing capabilities, providing comprehensive battlefield insights for timely and accurate decision-making. The solutions are optimized for lightweight packaging and adaptable deployment, making them suitable for diverse military and battlefield scenarios worldwide.
Breakthrough Innovation: Vega Digital Soldier
One of the standout innovations, Vega Digital Soldier, features AI-integrated wearable devices, sparking great interest among international delegations. This solution represents a new direction in enhancing individual combat capabilities, offering a vision of a flexible and highly effective military force equipped for the digital age.

Completing the ecosystem is the TACMED Digital Hub – a Tactical Medical Digital Hub, integrating AI and IoT. This comprehensive solution offers everything from monitoring to analysis and early health warning systems, enhancing healthcare capabilities at both basic and tactical levels, aiming to personalize healthcare with a focus on prevention rather than cure.
More than a medical aid device, TACMED Digital Hub reflects VEGASTAR’s commitment to innovation, offering features such as: Monitoring basic indicators (blood pressure, SpO2, temperature); Advanced health data analysis, and automatic alerts for potential risks; Synchronization with health management systems like HIS, EMR, and EHR.
Coupled with the Medihome software platform, TACMED becomes a fully functional mobile medical center, supporting individual users and medical units alike. Its flexibility and reliability make it indispensable in remote areas, disaster conditions, and field exercises, underscoring the role of technology in modernizing military healthcare.

Extending to Civilian Applications
Alongside defense solutions, VEGASTAR introduced various civilian technology applications, notably the GEOHUB – Multi-function Geospatial AI-based Platform. This platform provides secure connections to leading global satellite data sources, enabling diverse database queries. With easy web access integrating open-source algorithms and cloud computing models, GEOHUB offers research tools, visualization capabilities, and practical problem-solving features, supporting users in data formatting, standardization, and remote sensing/GIS data management and analysis.
GEOHUB promises practical applications across various sectors: agriculture, smart city management, environmental resource management, energy and infrastructure management, disaster prevention, and search and rescue operations.
A notable highlight is the E-learning Platform and Digital Lecture Library, developed by the Vega Space and Geospatial Academy (VSGA). This platform integrates advanced digital learning tools and an extensive library of specialized lectures on space and geospatial technology, supporting diverse training formats: in-person, online, and hybrid models, enabling unlimited learning opportunities. “This is a multi-dimensional interactive environment where learners can access the latest knowledge and technology in the geospatial field,” emphasized Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Director of VSGA.
